2. Accounts

Sign-in is provided via Google and LINE. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

3. Medical disclaimer

kmedinote is not a medical provider. All medical decisions, treatments and outcomes are the responsibility of the partner clinic you visit. Content in guides is general information, not medical advice.

4. Points & rewards

Points have no cash value, may expire per posted policy, and can be adjusted in case of cancelled treatments or misuse.

5. Termination

You may delete your account anytime; legally required records are retained per applicable law.
